The Fan Filter Module manufactured by Clean Air Solutions Ltd provides a unique sterile H.E.P.A. filtered clean air system, which provides Class 5 ISO 14644-1 (1999) and Grade A/B EU GMP air quality to the work zone environment.

The Fan Filter Module has a number of key features:

  • Manufactured in 304 or 316 stainless steel
  • H.E.P.A. filtration to ULPA standard 99.999%s
  • Laminar/Uni-directional airflow @ 0.45 m/s
  • H.E.P.A. filter changed from below
  • Fully installation leak testable to ISO 14644-3 (2004) and PD 6609 (2000)
  • Gasket filter or Gel Seal filter
  • Optional air diffusers, CG screen, perforated or 4-way diffuser
  • Automatic speed control or manually adjusted
  • Magnehelic gauge to show filter pressure or velocity
  • Easy to install
  • Supplied ready for use
